The main thing is getting back on focus. Focus is the center of interest or activity. Remember when you first had that desire to achieve something, and you felt that you were going to be able to accomplish that dream in the future. It all because you were focus.
You don’t have to live in that space anymore, of the “Why not?” turn it unto “I did” or “I’m doing”. Don’t allow the fear of trying hinders you from fulfilling the destiny that God has plan for you. 2 Timothy 1:7, tells us “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
It’s time to dust off those goals and make them a reality. God is waiting on you. He placed the desire in you for a reason, now He’s waiting on you to accomplish them. You still have time to do what the Lord has set in you to do. The sky’s the limits to what you can accomplish and achieve.
In Habakkuk 2:2 “And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Your vision is already written and it’s plain, now you have to act on it and fulfill it. In order to fulfill that goal, you have to believe in yourself, and pursue that goal. So, what are you waiting for, you can do it, get up and go.
In Luke 5:4-5, Jesus told his disciples to cast or launch out their nets into the sea or deep, but their response was that they have “toiled” or “labored” all night and caught nothing, But, they decided to do it anyway. Sometime, you may be doing something and feel tired, and because you haven’t seen any results so you decided to call it quit. But, it is that one last time that you will try again and will make a difference.
Someone once said to me, “I would rather try and fail than not try at all, it didn’t matter if people spoke against me and said I failed, at least they can say, she tried.” So, what’s your excuse? Why not try.
